My thoughts on blogging

What are your previous experiences with blogging? My previous experiences with blogging is when you publish your work people around the world can see it which is cool because it is your work that you have done and completed. Also one of them are when I go to write I am writing for the ones look at my blog.

How do you think blogging impacts on your learning? It impacts me by getting me to know about different things and also let others know about what I have being learning about.

How do you feel about blogging? I feel happy because its really fun with all these different things that you can use also when you look at your result when you finish or before that you can also add things that would make your work look even better.

Self Management

How can you be self manage - I can be self manage by showing that I can do my task without the teacher looking and also when we do p.e I can show by listening to the teacher explaining the rules of the game we are about to play. Also i can be self manage by when we do play I actually participate with what the teacher has let us do.

Why is it important - It is important to me because so when people ask me when to do something they can trust me when i go to do. Also because for the little ones as they look up to the oldies and if you show self manage they will be like that wants they realize.  

What are some strategies to be self manage - avoided social media and do your work on your own also listening to the teachers when they are talking and not talking to the boys around so you don’t miss any lessons that the teacher have passed on to you. Also you can show self manage by talking to others with polite words and also avoiding f words

Commonwealth Games

My New knowledge of the Commonwealth Games are:

  The Commonwealth Games are held every four years. The first event was held in Hamilton, Canada in 1930. The games were described as the third largest multi-sport event in the  world. In 1930 to 1950 the games were known as British Empire Games. In 1978 the name of the event was changed to Commonwealth Games.

The next games will be held in Gold Coast, Australia.

2014 Commonwealth Games are been held in Glasgow, Scotland. Only six teams have attended every commonwealth games. They are Wales, Northern Ireland, Australia, Canada, England, and New Zealand.

The Commonwealth Games are an international, multi-sport event similar to the Olympics.

In the commonwealth games there are 53 members of the Commonwealth of nations. Australia has been the highest achieving team for twelve Commonwealth Games, England for six, and Canada for one.

In the Commonwealth Games there are lots and lots of games. The host city are selected for each games and 18 cities and 7 countries have hosted the event.

Evaluation/Conclusion

I have learnt so much about the Commonwealth Games. I did not know that there were 53 members of the Commonwealth Games. Also I was surprised that the next games are being held in the Gold Coast Australia. It has been interesting to learn all this knowledge about the Commonwealth Games. One day I would like to go and watch the Commonwealth Games live.

Digital technologies

When I go to Tamaki College, I learn in Digital technologies. the Maori word for technology Hangarau. I have to use the Kiore and the Papa Paatuhi to log in the Rorohiko. At school I use a Rorhiko Ponaho. We use the Ipurangi to log into the Pae Tukutuku for Digital technology. We have to check the Maramataka to see what our task our for the day. Sometimes our teacher send us messages on the Emerther. Sometimes our teacher use her wire Pokolo.
