Chopstick

BLOG POST:

  • Explain the physical activity you participated in.
The game we were playing was chopstick, hockey sticks and hockey balls were included what we had to do to get a point we had to try and get the hockey ball onto the hockey stick and try run pass without getting touch.

  • What level of effort and engagement were you participating at during today’s physical activity? Why? (Grade yourself NA, A or M and refer to marking criteria)
A - I think i'm in achieve because I always like to reflect on my own performance.

M - I think merit because when we played I always do my best even when my teacher is not looking.

M - I think merit because I love to enjoy the game which means like I love to show enjoyment of the intent of the activity.

  • What were three factors which influenced your participation? (Choose from the list below, and put a + or - beside the three factors to show whether it positively or negatively influenced your participation).
Classmates - My classmate influences me by always telling me we can do this, also they always remind me to keep it up and just carry on playing. My participation went up because my team (classmates) were really encouraging me to keep going forward and to never give up.

Illness - My illness influenced my participation by not really making me play, and also not helping others by trying to get a point for the team. My participation went down because of how the way I was feeling but I still tried and went forward.

Fitness - My fitness influences my participation by making me run a lot and enjoy the game also to keep my well being very healthy. My participation went up because of how the way my fitness was going and how I was really hipped.

  • Explain HOW these factors affected your participation (with specific examples)
These factors affected my participation by making go good also making me play really hard out, even when i'm tired I will always get back up and carry on the activity that we are doing as a class.

  • How could you increase your (or your peers) participation in this activity in the future?
I can increase this game in the future by asking my mates if they want to play but if they want to refuse I will then ask them if they want to add in some of their rules if they want or just make it up to them.
